Westpark Place Spot Repair Project
MCSD is soliciting bids to replace about 10 linear feet of damaged 8-inch VCP sewer main on Westpark Place in Westminster, CA, between Manholes MH21063 and MH21070, where a joint offset at MH21070 obstructs roughly half the pipe’s cross-section; the work will restore the proper connection and must be completed by December 5, 2025. The scope includes, at minimum, protecting existing utilities; coordination and mobilization; removal and replacement of approximately 10 feet of 8-inch VCP; excavation, shoring, backfill, and pavement restoration; dewatering (if encountered); traffic control; sewage bypass; post-construction CCTV inspection; and adjusting a manhole to grade (see the Scope of Work and General Conditions for details). Bids (single lump-sum) will be accepted via email until 3:00 PM on November 13, 2025, and are timely if received on or before 3:01 PM; submit to Mr. Milo Ebrahimi at mebrahimi@midwaycitysanitaryca.gov.
