Fat, Oil, and Grease (FOG) Management and Inspection Services

The Midway City Sanitary District (“District”) invites qualified and experienced firms (“Contractor”) to submit proposals to provide comprehensive services for the District’s Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program (“Project”).  The scope of work includes routine inspections, educational outreach, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to Best Management Practices (BMPs), along with detailed and timely reporting. The selected Contractor will play a key role in supporting the District’s ongoing efforts to protect public health and the environment by minimizing FOG-related sewer blockages and overflows through proactive program management.
