1- RFP for Progressive Design-Build Feasibility and Project Management Consulting Services for the Sewer System Capacity Upsizing Projects

The Midway City Sanitary District (District) is seeking proposals and fee proposals from  highly qualified consulting firms that have specific demonstrable experience in the  progressive design-build arena to provide a comprehensive feasibility study for the use of the progressive design-build contract procurement process for the District’s sewer system capacity upsizing projects.  If determined to be feasible, the selected firm will  assist the District in formulating a procurement strategy and be responsible for the following: 
 
1. Project Management support activities including development of a Project Schedule and Implementation; 
2. Preparation and issuance of a detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Design-Build Project(s); 
3. Administration and oversight of the review and selection process, among other related functions; 
4. Developer/Contractor negotiation support and, 
5. Progressive Design-Build contract management and owner’s representation 
during construction.
